Cushman & Wakefield closes acquisition of partner firms in Minneapolis, Seattle, Salt Lake City, and Las Vegas markets

CHICAGO, September 5, 2017 – Cushman & Wakefield today announced it completed its acquisition of Cushman & Wakefield NorthMarq (CWN) in Minnesota and Cushman & Wakefield Commerce (CWC) operations in Nevada, Utah and Washington. Seattle Area Commercial Real Estate Finishes Strong in 2016

Lower Unemployment Rate Coincides with Lower Vacancy Rates SEATTLE, Jan. 24, 2017 – The latest report from Cushman & Wakefield  shows an increase in business growth throughout Seattle’s office market as vacancy rates decreases on a quarter-over-quarter basis.
